in the text farenheight 451 the quote “With the brass nozzle in his fists, with this great python spitting its venomous kerosene upon the world, the blood pounded in his head, and his hands were the hands of some amazing conductor playing all the symphonies of blazing and burning to bring down the tatters and charcoal ruins of history” is used to the reader as much about the story as the text its self-doses. this is bcause this qoute uses metophors to portray an image to the reader so that they have a greater understanding of the text.
